Commonwealth Trade and Investment Forum

13-14 September 2023, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Bangladesh from 13-14 September 2023, in partnership with the Government of Bangladesh. The Prime Minister of Bangladesh has confirmed her attendance and will formally open the Forum.

Commonwealth Heads of Government and Ministers have been invited to participate and lead delegations to the Forum. The Forum will showcase both Bangladeshi and Commonwealth-wide opportunities to a global audience and provide a platform for business and government leaders to discuss key Commonwealth trade and investment issues.

The Forum provides an excellent platform for businesses to connect with business and government leaders, attract investment, explore partnerships and identify new export markets.

A dedicated one to one meeting system will be made available closer to the event.

Hotel Accommodation

The Commonwealth Trade and Investment Forum will be held at the InterContinental Hotel & Resorts Dhaka. Rooms have been held at a preferential rate for international delegates:

• Suite – $350 a night, breakfast included
• Deluxe Room – $100 a night, breakfast included

Transport

Transport will be provided between the Airport and the InterContinental Hotel & Resorts Dhaka on arrival and departure, and between venues for official functions.

Visas

All delegates attending the Forum will be granted visa on arrival. A letter from the Bangladesh Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be issues to each individual delegate with details of the visa on arrival.
